CrossRoads | Valley Brethren-Mennonite Heritage Center will host an open house with WWI quilts and textiles as part of the Virginia Quilt Museum's centennial commemoration of the beginning of WWI, Friction, Fray, and Fabric: Textiles in the First World War. See WWI textiles displays in the 1829 Log House from 1-4 PM, and hear stories of those persecuted for their faith at 2 PM. Admission: $5.
