On August 20, 2021 the Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center is hosting two tours for the American Quilt Study Group’s annual Seminar in Harrisonburg. We will have quilts on display throughout our buildings, and the tours will also include a quilting demonstration, a quilt turning, and a guest lecture on “crazy quilts.” We will also feature quilts, barn quilts, and special quilt-related books and items in our gift shop during the event.
The two tours during the event will be open to the public and will begin at 9:00 am and 1:15 pm. Our standard suggested entrance donation will remain in effect: $10 per adult, $5 per student, and children 5 and under are free.
