Come help us spruce up our campus this spring!

The Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center will have a work day on March 22, 2025.

Work will begin around 8am and continue into the afternoon as needed.

We plan to provide lunch for volunteer workers; please sign up HERE so that we know how many to expect.

When you sign up, please also indicate which project(s) you're interested in helping with, so that we can plan accordingly.  If you have tools that would be useful for a particular job, please bring them with you when you come. These are some of the projects we’ll work on, depending on how many volunteers help and what their interests are:

• Landscaping around the Welcome Center (trimming bushes, weeding, etc.)

• Weeding and thinning the iris bed at the Brick House

• Tilling the garden

• Painting the garden fence and picnic tables

• Raking and spreading gravels (that were displaced by snow removal)

• Spreading pea gravels on walking paths

• Cutting dead trees into firewood

• Raking leaves in the amphitheater

• Window washing and cleaning inside buildings
