The Soil and The Seed Project: Ordinary Time Concert

  • Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center 1921 Heritage Center Way Harrisonburg, VA, 22801 United States (map)

In the church calendar year, Ordinary Time is the season between Pentecost and Advent. Hosted by The Soil and The Seed Project in the serene natural beauty of the amphitheater at the Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center (rain location: Harrisonburg Mennonite Church), the free ORDINARY TIME CONCERT SERIES is for KIDS, FAMILIES, and EVERYONE seeking a beautiful place to listen to beautiful music that helps us all recognize God in the ordinary.

This month’s concert features many musicians from THE SOIL AND THE SEED PROJECT.

Join a host of musicians from The Soil and the Seed Project to sing, dance, and learn from the Psalms collection, released in May 2026! This second installment of the Bible Memory collection inspires us to “get into the Psalms, and get the Psalms into us.” Featuring a whopping 35 songs, this collection gives a taste of the breadth and depth of the Psalms.

Anyone is welcome to join for a potluck meal at 5:30pm. Taco salad bar provided, bring a side or dessert to share (no nuts, please!)

Bring lawn chairs, blankets, a picnic dinner (as you wish), and lots of friends to share the evening with, and we’ll see you there!
